Custom Homes
This project involved a complete gut job, the roof removed, a new addition, one new expanded patio, a new loft area and all new windows. This picture shows the the impressive architetural feature that makes up the heart of the home. Constructed with engineered LVL bolted to HSS steel this 15/12 pitched vaulted ceiling stretches 40 feet long from the front foyer of the home to the rear staircase that leads into the backyard. This project demonstrates our talent and expertise in successfully completing even the most complex and detailed jobs and is a great example of delivering on our promise of quality work while ensuring absolute client satisfaction. Commercial Spaces
In addition to our outstanding framing skills, WAD Framing Ltd also offers full general contracting services. This chiropractic office, which we oversaw from start to finish, is a testament of our abilities and talents. We built out the entire space and crafted the custom-made reception desk that included a stone base and a live edge acacia wood coutnertop. We worked closely with the client to understand their needs and preferences, and the successful outcome speaks for itself as does their repeat business!
